QEEG Brain Mapping
A QEEG or Quantitative Electroencephalograph is a scientific test designed to create a map of the electrical activity of the brain. The QEEG uses 20 sensors placed over the head in a snug cap while computer software records and analyzes the brainwave activity the sensors pick up.
The collected data is then compared against a sample of several thousand normal, healthy people of the same age and sex as you. The result is a detailed report (example below) showing exactly where and how your brain is operating differently from what we would expect in a normal high functioning person.
QEEG analysis is a scientifically validated test for identifying concussions and helps us to form highly specific treatment plans centered around your individual symptoms.
The details of the report will be discussed with you and explained during your first visit. You will also receive an informational video explaining the results of your test for personal reference.
QEEG Report Surface Map
Areas in green indicate normal healthy brainwave activity.
Areas in yellow, orange, and red indicate an excess of a certain frequency of brainwave activity
Areas in blue indicate a deficiency in a certain frequency of brainwave activity.

3D Imaging capability
Red and blue dots indicate areas of excess fast and slow activity in deeper structures of the brain
